Our last webinar of the Strategic Communication program 2021 will be focused on the Pricing and Cost structure, an important step for new startups.  We are fortunate to have a passionate speaker, Vittorio Lepre, Venture Partner & Product Manager of Renergii Asia, sharing his knowledge & insights with us. He will focus on the importance of a clear cost structure to decide the correct initial price of a new product, in a low resource environment.

Vittorio Lepre is a startup enthusiast and passionate about improving people's lives with impactful products and services. He was a startupper in Italy for half of his career, and subsequently, he achieved an MBA at SDA Bocconi in Milan. He is now leading the product development of digital platforms for the startup portfolio owned by the Venture studio Renergii in Singapore. The proud promoter of Agile and Lean, he believes in the strength of such methodologies even outside their traditional application environments.
