Alisara Sivayathorn is the CEO of Sivatel Bangkok, a privately own 5-Star hotel with a focus on sustainable tourism. Alisara is an advocate of organic food production and consumption. She supports organic food producers using Sivatel Bangkok hotel platform to promote their products and sustainable production practices through monthly farmers market and regular workshops.
Under her leadership, Sivatel Bangkok has been certified as "Carbon Neutral" by the Thailand Greenhouse Gas Management Organization (TGO), the 1st carbon neutral hotel in Thailand.
