Fourat Beji, CEO of ALDER Green Solutions, leads the company with a deep-rooted passion for sustainability and innovation. Coming from a family of farmers in Tunisia, Fourat witnessed firsthand the harsh impacts of climate change on agriculture, including declining soil health and unpredictable crop yields that threatened his family’s livelihood. These challenges shaped his vision to create solutions that empower farmers while addressing global climate challenges.

Inspired by his family’s farming background and the challenges posed by climate change and economic instability, Fourat founded ALDER Green Solutions. The startup addresses the urgent need for climate resilience and financial security in agriculture by merging regenerative farming practices with advanced technology. ALDER empowers farmers to adopt sustainable methods, improves soil health, and generates verifiable carbon credits that enable businesses to meet global carbon neutrality targets.
